Mazard Tree Consulting is led by Matthew Galley, a highly accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience delivering transformative programmes and solutions in the telecommunications sector. Matthew has an extensive track record in successfully leading multi-million-pound programmes, directing complex subsidy bids, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building exceptional relationships across public and private sector stakeholders.
Throughout his career, Matthew has held senior leadership roles at BT, Openreach, and most recently in the Altnet sector with regional ISP Jurassic Fibre. His expertise spans strategy, programme delivery, and navigating the intricacies of government and private sector collaborations - particularly with Building Digital UK (BDUK), making him uniquely positioned to address challenges across diverse sectors.
